The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Police Athletic League (PAL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the bond between youth and law enforcement through sports, mentorship, and educational programs. Our mission is to empower young people to become leaders in their communities by promoting teamwork, respect, and discipline.
The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office PAL fosters positive relationships between deputies and the youth of Miami-Dade County. Through organized sports, mentoring, education, and community activities, PAL provides a supportive environment where young people can learn valuable life skills, develop confidence, and build character. Our goal is to encourage trust, leadership, and unity — empowering the next generation to grow into responsible, community-minded citizens who make a lasting positive impact.
